Paul Serhan - Director
Paul has a strong operational and client relationship background in a number of key management and director roles. He has extensive knowledge and experience in procurement strategies and managing operations both onshore and offshore. He believes strongly in the effectiveness of planned implementation along with a need for flexibility to facilitate change with a continuing focus on customer experience. Nothing is too big or too small.
He is responsible for all areas of operations, ensuring customer expectations are delivered from beginning to end. Paul has developed strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, airlines and shipping lines from all over the world. His core focus is to deliver on time, on budget and as planned.
Jay Kaufman - Director
Jay brings a wealth of experience to the business in the key areas of finance, risk and project management. He has been instrumental in establishing KS Exports as a financially sound, operationally successful and responsible enterprise. His hands-on approach ensures that clients receive both the service and the solution they expect.
His twenty plus years’ experience in finance, risk mitigation and project management, coupled with his background in professional services, are the hallmarks of his approach to business.
